First Congregational Church is honored to open our doors and share space with other organizations, both faith-based and secular. Along with long-term tenants, we offer space to area programs in need of activity room. Check out our current tenant list (you might find a great program for yourself or your children!). We offer reasonable rates and love having a busy schedule during the week!
Temple Shalom of Milton

In late Fall of 2011, First Congregational Church of Milton welcomed Temple Shalom of Milton into our house of worship while Temple Shalom begins the transitioning process into a more permanent home. This partnership has already been mutually beneficial, as our two congregations have engaged in High Holy day celebrations and events. We love having the Temple in our facilities, and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.
You can learn more about Temple Shalom of Milton at their website, www.TempleShalomOnline.org, or call their office at 617-698-3394.
Good Shepherd Evangelical Church
In early Winter 2011, Good Shepherd Evangelical Church began searching for a more suitable place to hold their worship services and Bible studies. Having rented our halls for events a few times, they contacted us about the possibility of renting space on a more long-term basis. We are excited to begin this new relationship and look forward to the continued discovery of shared beliefs and experiences.
Atlantic Studios of Dance Education
For nearly thirty years Atlantic Studios of Dance Education has been training students in the Milton/Quincy area with emphasis on physical, intellectual, and artistic development through structured movement in a relaxed, professional atmosphere.
Our professional approach to learning includes the building of friendships and responsibility to oneself and others, while enjoying the program! In addition to etiquette and teamwork, concentration and focus are very much a part of our classes. Studies have shown that structured, educational dance programs enhance academic achievement.
Class placement is determined by age, ability, experience and maturity. Our broad selection of classes and levels enables students to fit into appropriate groups where they feel the most comfortable. Flexibility, tolerance and understanding are of the utmost
importance in our dance classroom. Courses offered for ages 3 1/2 to 18 include ballet,
tap and jazz. A-STEP (stretch) is offered for adults.

Mel O'Drama
Drama classes for kids of all ages!
Taking a course in drama is not just for the extroverted! I have found over the years that the shy child benefits just as much from the theatre experience as the outgoing child. Learning tools to be more self-confident, self aware and explorative are tools that I provide your child with so that they can integrate into any situation whether it be on stage or off.
I truly feel that every school should have this as part of their curriculum as a way of steering our children in a positive direction in life and teaching them that expression is vital in many forms. We are all unique and deserve our moments to shine. I have worked with children in Ireland and here in the United States and the simple common ground is that kids LOVE to act!
So let me provide the stage for their theatrical explorations through fun
games, exercises and life lessons learned through this therapeutic art. So
...Are you ready?? Let's 'break a leg!' ~Melanie Gillespie, founder & instructor
