See Below for detailed instructions about creating your account!

If you have already created an account and would like to view your 2011 Statement of Giving, click HERE

CREATING AND ACCESSING YOUR FCC MILTON USER ACCOUNT:

SETTING UP YOUR InFellowship ACCOUNT:

All you need is your email address (the same one First Congregational Church of Milton has on file -- this is important! ).  Go to the link below to create an account -- this is a one-time action that will give you access to a couple different pages, including your Giving Statement and the Church Directory.

 1. Click on the link above to open a new window that will bring up a "sign in" page.

2. Click on "register" in the top right corner.

 3. Enter the email address you have on file with FCC Milton and create a password.  An activation/confirmation email will be sent to that address.

 4. When you receive a confirmation email, click on the link in that email to activate your account.

 5. You may be asked to provide your birth date to confirm you are of age to have an account.

 6. Click on "Church Directory."  You will be instructed that in order to view the directory, you must "opt in" by visiting your privacy settings. Click on the "Privacy Settings" link.

 7. Check the box "Include me in the Church Directory" and then "Save Settings."

DONE!  As more people sign up and opt in to the directory, the more contact information will be available. You can alter your privacy settings to change what information is available for others to see.

A quick way to see contact info is to click on "Groups." As a member of the church, you should have access to the group "Church Members & Friends."  If you click on that group, and then select the "Roster" tab, you will get a quick view of all church members and their email addresses (if available) and phone number (if available).  What you see there is what the church office has on file. If you do not have this group listed under "My Groups," contact Jessica  and she will add you to the group so you can see it!

 ONLINE STATEMENT OF GIVING:

You will use the same log-in information from above to view your giving statements.

 1. Click on the link above to open a new window that will bring up a sign in page (a different sign in page than the first one!)

 2. Enter the email address and password you c

reated for InFellowship (the church directory).

 3. IGNORE THE TOP PORTION OF THE PAGE DISPLAYED.  We do NOT use this program to set up online giving contributions. Do NOT enter any donation information into the top half of this page.

Instead, look to the 3rd "box" that says "Contribution History."

 4. Choose 2011 from the drop-down menu.  This will list all of your contributions for the year 2011 (you can also check on your 2012 progress by choosing "2012" from the drop-down menu).

 5. Above the list of contributions is the option "Print View."  Click on the link to bring up a printable version (in a separate window) of your giving statement.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Sometimes it takes a little while for the verification email to arrive in your inbox. Keep watching for it, and check your spam/junk folders.  If it does not arrive within a 24 hour period, contact the church office.

If you create an account, log in to that account, and the church directory is not available, or if you log in to your giving statement and  none of your donations are listed, contact Jessica in the office.  Sometimes when creating a new account, the system fails to match your new account with the one the church has in its database. Jessica has to go in and manually combine the two accounts. Once that is done, your information will be available. This is why it is essential for you to use the same email address as the one the church has on file.

For general confusion or guidance* feel free to contact Jessica in the office, either via email or phone (617-696-8517) and she will try to talk you through it.

* Requested guidance on issues not pertaining to this program may result in snarky or foolhardy advice.
