Community Involvement

Father Bill's & Mainspring

There is an opportunity, each month, to serve a meal at the Mainspring Homeless Shelter in Brockton.
Sign-up in the Great Hall! Lasagnas & dessert for 120 people are also needed on an ongoing basis.
Please drop off these necessary items in the Church Kitchen throughout the week, all year long. Thank You!

Volunteer at Milton Hospital

Milton Hospital is looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to volunteer once each week on weekday afternoons from 12:30 to 4 p.m.  Volunteers will give directions, deliver materials to the lab, and help discharge patients. 
Please call Janet Evans, Director of Volunteers, at 617-313-1558.  References and TB screening required.
We offer a free meal on the day of service and a caring community.

Membership

Anyone interested in exploring the possibility of becoming a member of our church is invited to participate in a Membership Class, which consists of three meetings in which issues of faith, denominational history, and mutual responsibilities are discussed. Speak to Reverend Jeff Johnson if you are interested!

Mutual Responsibilities

Our church cannot thrive, or survive, without our people's personal and financial support. But more than that, we believe that people have a deep need to be generous with their time, talent, and treasure. Becoming involved in the work of the church and pledging financial support are expected. And what better way to teach our children this important life principle than by modeling it ourselves?
