SPACES
The Great Hall (58' x 32')
The Great Hall is bright, airy, and spacious with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful hardwood floor. The space can be divided with a movable partition, or opened up completely. Rental includes use of the adjacent lobby (approximately 33' x 20'; includes stationery piano) and has the optional use of the industrial kitchen (for an additional fee). The Great Hall seats 200 individuals "auditorium style," and comfortably seats 150 individuals with tables. The Great Hall is air-conditioned, but at this time does NOT have blackout shades or an audio/visual system. The Great Hall is perfect for wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers, family reunions, and any large gathering of folks!

Main Kitchen (18' x 16')
The Main Kitchen is available when renting the Great Hall. It is a modern, industrial, stainless steel kitchen with workspace, pantry area, and includes all town certifications. It has a deep double-basin sink, a separate hand-washing sink, and industrial appliances (double oven, gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer, steaming trays). The Main Kitchen is air-conditioned, has a discreet secondary entrance, and has a pass-through window into the Great Hall that can be opened/closed.

Huntington Hall (28' x 45')
Huntington Hall was the main gathering hall before the introduction of the Great Hall. It is a little smaller than the Great Hall, but has a charm all its own. Linoleum floors reflect the soft light of the chandeliers above, and one end has a shallow stage (17' x 3.5') complete with red velvet drapery. The stage is great for kids, and for setting an individual or group apart from the rest of the party (many renters use the stage as a dais for the wedding couple!). Rental includes use of the adjacent kitchenette, which contains a sink, microwave, a dorm-size refrigerator, and granite workspace. Huntington Hall seats approximately 130 individuals "auditorium style," and comfortably seats 75 individuals with tables. The hall has a blackout shade in the window, as well as a window air conditioning unit in the summer months. At this time, Huntington Hall does NOT have an audio/visual system. Huntington Hall is perfect for events with a "cozier" atmosphere , especially bridal and baby showers, family reunions, as well as anniversary and birthday parties.

Parlor (29' x 14')
The parlor is a cozy room furnished with antiques, upholstered chairs, oriental rugs, and a fireplace (non-operational). The space is designed to seat up to 20 individuals for small get-togethers or meetings. The parlor includes use of the adjacent kitchenette, which contains a sink, microwave, a dorm-size refrigerator, and granite workspace. The parlor has blackout shades for the windows, as well as a window air conditioning unit in the summer months. Because of the proximity to Huntington Hall, many choose to rent the parlor along with Huntington Hall, giving party attendees somewhere to relax away from the activity happening in the hall. The parlor is great for smaller business meetings or club meetings, as a waiting area for the bridal party before weddings in the sanctuary, or as an "escape" from the bustle of activity in Huntington Hall.

Activity Room (37' x 18')
The upstairs (2nd floor) Activity Room has recently been renovated with new hardwood floors. It is a large, open room with a warm atmosphere. Currently occupied by a ballet/dance class, the room is typically available on the weekends. Because the room is smaller than the halls, it works well as a children's space for birthday parties, where less space = more control! It also serves well as a meeting space for groups that are too large for the parlor. Restrooms are available on the second floor. Unfortunately, this room is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is available for weddings, baptisms, and recitals, at the discretion of the Pastor, Minister of Music, and the Board of Trustees. For more information regarding use of the Sanctuary, please call Jessica Johnson at (617) 696-8517 for more details.
